Junrui Sand Art: Missing From Museum - Ennigaldi-Nanna

This is one of the part of film series Missing From The Museum a project of Brave Little Company, Dare to Dream Theatre, Off The Page, and Trike Theatre, which received $20,000 award from the National Endowment for the Arts. The story is about the world's first museum curator, Ennigaldi-Nanna.

Sand Art is created and performed by Dr. Junrui Garcia.


Dr. Junrui Garcia a Houston based versatile visual artist and dedicated educator, known for her mastery in oil and watercolor painting. Beyond traditional mediums, Junrui excels in digital art, proficient with tools like Photoshop and InDesign, and is a skilled video editor familiar with Premiere and DaVinci Resolve. She uniquely blends art and storytelling through sand art, captivating audiences in public spaces such as libraries, churches, and schools. Currently, Junrui enriches the creative minds at T.H. Rogers School as an art teacher and shares her passion with the Young Audiences of Houston as a teaching artist. Additionally, she leads as the editor-in-chief of the Chinese Art Excellence Collection, contributing significantly to the arts community.
